ODDS 2027 – Programme Confirmed
The programme for the Optical & Digital Document Security™ (ODDS) conference 2027 (25–27 January, Berlin) has now been finalised, reaffirming the event's position as the definitive technical forum for physical, digital and virtual document security. Developed with the guidance of a globally respected technical committee, the programme spans eight focused sessions, bringing together discovery science, applied innovation and real-world approaches to authentication and document protection.
The first main conference day opens with a keynote from Prof Dr Marian Margraf of Freie Universität Berlin, followed by an update on the fourth edition of 'Optical Document Security' and an insight into collaborative R&D involving the Reserve Bank of Australia.
The focus then moves into advanced optical security, with papers covering next-generation microperforation from Orell Füssli, plasmonic colour animations from Authentix, synchronised colour and motif effects from G+D, and engineered micro- and nanostructures from SURYS-IN Groupe.
